Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks: |

We accept
Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks for mail-in orders in US funds only.
Please allow up to 10
banking days after receipt, for funds to clear before the order is
processed.
If you are outside the United States, you should get an international
postal money order in US dollars from your local post office. Inside
the United States, the postal service sells money orders very
economically. |

We accept
Company Checks and Personal Checks in the
U.S. only. Please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt, for funds
to clear before the order is processed. There is $25 processing fee on all returned
checks.

Shipping Methods & Rates |

For shipping destinations in North Carolina,
only we must include an additional 7.00% sales tax to the
sub-total of an order. We reserve the right to adjust the total
amount of your order if the appropriate box is not selected at the
time of purchase. We pride ourselves in delivering your orders
promptly. In most cases, you will receive your order earlier than
expected. We do not use just one parcel service. Ground shipping
will be provided by FedEx Saver, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or the
Unites States Post Service. International orders will be shipped by
US Airmail Parcel Post. Your international order may incur duties
and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. |

Reservation of Right to Decline an Order |

We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason,
including but not limited to nonpayment, evidence suggesting fraud
or other criminal activity, billing address or shipping information
that do not match the credit card billing address or name, or the
failure to give Trochilics key contact information like a valid
email and phone number. We will attempt to notify the purchaser
promptly in such an instance. We do prosecute fraud with the proper
authorities. |
